📣 Many residents in Bellevue received a letter from the USPS today letting them know that they plan to permanently abandon the idea of a new Bellevue branch. They are advertising a virtual community meeting on September 14th at 11:00am ET for residents to weigh in with thoughts and comments. Given that this is a priority for so many, we encourage as many people as possible to join and advocate for bringing the post office back.

Since this is a Federal issue, residents can also reach out to Bellevue’s U.S. Congressperson, Chris Deluzio, and his office to express their concerns. Thank you to everyone for your advocacy!

Our hearts go out to our friends at Wagsburgh. 💙🐾

Wagsburgh has been a wonderful part of the Bellevue business community, and unfortunately, a water issue from above their store has caused significant flooding and damage — forcing them to close for the foreseeable future.

This is one of those moments when we can show what being a community is all about. Please keep the Wagsburgh team in your thoughts, follow their page for updates, and when the time comes, let’s make sure we show up BIG to support them as they recover and reopen.
