The 30 Under 30 Awards, presented by the Pittsburgh Business Times in partnership with Leadership Pittsburgh Inc., honor leaders in Pittsburgh's business and nonprofit communities who are under 30 years old.

⬇️ Eligibility requirements:
• Be under the age of 30 (29 and under) until April 1, 2027.
• Be a resident of western Pennsylvania.
• Be currently employed in the region. Accepting a job or moving outside of the region between now and when the publication runs would disqualify a candidate for this award.
• Have a proven track record of having a significant role in the growth, scope, or impact of the organization or region. Nominees don’t have to be owners, presidents, or executive directors, but they can be.
• Previous winners of this award are not eligible for consideration.
• Individuals who have won a PBT award of any kind in the past three years are not eligible to participate.

Congrats to Retired Naval Officer, Amy Knight, Owner of Flour Power Cooking Studios: Pittsburgh, for being named the 2026 Child Advocacy Award winner. Amy is involved in several community organizations including Hampton Township Rotary Club and Variety - the Children's Charity of Pittsburgh and will be honored on November 5 at the 17th Annual Get Involved! Today is notification day for the 17th Annual Get Involved! Pittsburgh Service Summit and President Malissa sent out the award notices early this morning. Our Founder, Tom Baker, surprised 2026 Western PA Rising, Yana Leonard, of the Leonard Advisory Group with balloons and chocolate this afternoon. Yana received 3 nominations this year including one that said, "Yana is always looking for ways to get Leonard Advisory Group involved in our community. She has helped organize and support efforts with North Hills Community Outreach’s Spring Cleaning Drive, where our team collected 21 complete bags of cleaning supplies, Variety - the Children's Charity of Pittsburgh, and food drives for Christopher’s Kitchen. Yana helps keep us connected and involved so we can continue giving back and helping our community grow." Congrats Yana!
