Participant Candice Hord of Lincoln works with "Blooming Hands," a free-will donation flower cart that employs and empowers adults in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) community. Their cart will pop up around Lincoln this summer at the Hub Farmers Market, Rose Cat Coffee, and Hands of Heartland.
