Avery is one of the locations that is offering free meals for children for breakfast and lunch during summer school. Thank you Bellevue public schools!

Bellevue Public Schools' Summer Meals Program ☀️ kicks off on Monday, June 1st and will run through June 18th. The district is closed on Friday, June 19th. Breakfast and Lunch will be available at no cost for all children ages 1 to 18 in the cafeteria of the following schools: Avery, Belleaire, Bertha Barber, Betz, Birchcrest, Central, Twin Ridge and Mission.

Based on qualifications through the state, only the schools listed are free meal sites. Our remaining elementary schools will have breakfast and lunch during the summer school session with the same process as during the school year.

This week was full of celebrations for our kindergarteners and our 6th graders. Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of their educational journey.
Today we are blessed to have our last celebration of the year with bounce houses and kona ice. Thank you again to our community for providing kona ice for our staff and students today!!

Its the last week of school already!?
Time flew by!! As we reach the end of this school year, I want to thank all of you for your continued support this school year. We have an amazing community and we are grateful for all of you.
I also want to thank our Vice president Jess Krim for all of your time and support the past two years. We will miss you and good luck on your next journey! Our current secretary Stephanie Rae Schendt will be our vice president for the 2026-2027 school year. Thank you!
We are actively seeking a secretary for next year as well as a dance committee. If you would like more information or would like to join us, please email [email protected].

Hello Avery community,
We have a change in our end of year treats this year. Unfortunately we were not able to raise enough to help cover the cost of Kona ice this year. Instead we will have an ice cream party for all staff and students (allergy friendly options will be provided) and the bounce houses. We are still looking for some help to offset the costs. Our goal is to get as close to $1,000 as possible by next Tuesday to cover these expenses.
I know we ask for a lot of donations and such throughout the year and everything we raise goes right back into providing events for our students and families and we were greatful enough to have raised $5,200 for the swings to complete our playground project as the last 2 years we have focused on completing this project. Going forward, our fundraisers will help us ensure we can continue activies and other areas needed in the school. We greatly appreciate your continued support.

Avery Community,
We have our end of year celebrations coming up and could use some support with these. Every year we provide Kona Ice and Bounce Houses for our staff and students and this year we could use the help with providing these. We have attached the link for donations. For everything it is $2,000. Any help is greatly appreciated.
