Back To School Community Shopping Event
When: Saturday, August 8th from 1:30-3:30pm Line begins at 1:15

Where: The Dignity Closet 1502 Galvin Rd. South Bellevue, backside of the building

Who: Anyone on any type of Government assistance, Single parents, Enlisted Military, Immigrants/Refugees, or anyone struggling financially to get items they need for back to school.

What: Clothing(tons available, clothing will be restocked throughout the event), shoes, baby items, toys, books, housewares, plus limited school supplies for those needing them.

This Saturday, go beyond our Back-to-School event! 🎒

From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at our 4805 N. 72nd Street location, we’re giving away FREE backpacks filled with school supplies (while supplies last), plus you can enjoy multiple vendors like Kona Ice, a free lunch and gift card giveaways!

And the fun doesn’t end there 👇

After the event, shop $1.99 back-to-school racks, learn how to sew patches, grab school photos, and enter for gift card giveaways happening every 30 minutes until 6 p.m.!

Join us at the Sarpy County Juvenile Justice Center for our 11th Annual Back-to-School Bash on Thursday, July 30th 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

This is a free event open to the public so bring yourself, your family, and your friends!
Feel free to distribute the flyer to any families/youth you work with or know that may need assistance this school year.

School age children will receive a backpack stocked with school supplies.
Our Clothing Closet will also be open (and free!) to anyone; we have teen and adult sizes along with hygiene products.

Our goal is to help as many families as possible!

All five cities in Sarpy are hosting spring clean-up events for city residents this month and next.

Sarpy County is pleased to partner with the cities of Papillion and La Vista. The county provides a reduced fee as part of the program, allowing some residents to dispose of unwanted trash at no cost.

Dates and locations are determined by the cities. Do not bring your items directly to the Sarpy County Transfer Station.
