Old Business - Military Ball – did cover all expenses. After action report – Liked the event center pieces and the food. The buffet seemed to be a good choice. Cake Expressions – great cupcake.

New Business
Group Update- Team News/Chaperones /Needs *Marksmanship Team- Civilian Marksmanship Program's Service championship – Team is leaving Thursday to go to Ohio for the civilian marksmanship competition. *Drill Team- AF Nationals 21 March 2020 in Ohio, will leave March 19th. Last weekend the drill team went to Lees Summit and brought home several trophies. This weekend the teams heads to Sedalia, MO to compete at Smith Cotton. This weekend is the last out of town weekend. The remainder of the meets will be in town. *Junior Guard (Middle School Cadets) * Sabre Team- 13 Mar Offutt Annual Awards Ceremony; 31 Mar Western Nebraska Veteran’s Home Norfolk, NE. Still need to contact a couple of the past events to set performances up. *CyberPatriot Team-Not selected to go to Nationals, but training will continue. * Academic Challenge Team- made it through the first round.
March 30th will be parents night for Drill team and Sabre. 6-8 pm time frame - First Responders Spaghetti Feed event – looking to do the event in Early April. Hand send invites and emails to the First Responders coordinators. Will continue to send updates.
Upcoming Events -BIDM on 7 March – signup genius went out. Raffle tickets are on sale now, each cadet was sent home with tickets. If you have not seen them ask your cadet about it. It is not mandatory but highly encouraged. The individual cadet that sells the most gets a $10 gift card to Canes, the flight that sells the most wins a pizza party. Each book of tickets contains 12 tickets, they sell for $1 each or 6 for $5. Cadets will not be mandated to volunteer, but will be encouraged to volunteer.
