📣 You're Invited to the Becky's Place open house

We are excited to invite our community to an Open House at Becky's Place on June 24th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM!

Over the past several months, we've been working hard on updates and remodeling throughout the house, and we'd love the opportunity to show you what we've been doing. Come take a tour, enjoy some refreshments and finger foods, ask questions, and learn more about the work we do every day.

You'll hear about the services Becky's Place provides, how we support the women we serve, and the impact your support has on our mission. We will also have volunteers and former residents stopping by to share their experiences and stories.

Whether you've supported us for years or are just learning about Becky's Place, we would love to meet you and show you around.

Our director Natalie Watson has worked tirelessly behind the scenes, writing grants, building community partnerships, networking, and advocating for the women we serve. Because of her dedication and the support of our community, Becky's Place continues to become more than just a shelter—it is becoming a home.

Thanks to these efforts, we have been able to install new flooring, remodel bathrooms, add fresh paint, and make many other improvements throughout the house. And we're not done yet—there is still so much more in the works!

We are excited to share these updates with you. Come see what is new and improved, take a tour, and learn more about how Becky's Place is creating a safe, welcoming environment for women as they rebuild their lives.

A big thank you to Lea for spending time with the ladies at Becky’s Place and hosting a wonderful Vision & Voice group! 💜

The ladies had the opportunity to create vision boards, reflect on their goals, and participate in a calming meditation session. It was a meaningful experience that encouraged self-expression, personal growth, and positive thinking.

We are so grateful for community members like Lea who share their time, talents, and encouragement with the women we serve. Thank you for helping create a space where our ladies can dream, reflect, and grow! ✨

A huge thank you to Mark for volunteering his time and help today!

He came over with his dolly, moved all of the boxes into the shed, and even hauled away a truckload of items to make room for the boxes.
