Are you a parent looking for support and connection?

BECAUSE YOU MATTER offers a FREE Parent Peer Support Group designed to provide encouragement, connection, and support for parents.

This is a virtual group so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. It’s self-paced, allowing you to participate in the group at a time when it is convenient for you.

A new group starts every 6 weeks. The next group is starting in September! All you have to do is enroll!

FREE Mental Health Support Is Available.

We are working hard to break down barriers so community members have easier access to mental health support services in Lawrence and Greene counties.

Families Forever is proud to partner with IU School of Social Work and the Center of Rural Engagement to bring you BECAUSE YOU MATTER a program to help connect adults with FREE telehealth mental health services. These services can be accessed from the comfort of home or at our Families Forever office located at 1708 23rd Bedford, Indiana

Whether you need someone to talk to, support through a difficult time, or help navigating life’s challenges, you don’t have to face it alone.

The service is Free and Confidential.

Meet Allie!
I am working toward a Master of Social Work degree at Indiana University and am completing my practicum with Families Forever. I have worked in early childhood education throughout college and love building bonds with children and their families. I have a strong appreciation for the resilience and growth of families facing various challenges and feel honored to play a small part in their journeys. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering, home decorating, and spending time with friends and family.
