Delaware R/C Club We are a group of Radio Control Model Aviation enthusiasts whose purpose is to enjoy and promote the hobby and sport of R/C model aviation.

Our Flying Site is located within the Lums Pond State Park in Kirkwood, Delaware.

Notice to park visitors, Shotgun season will begin on November 14 to November 22. (No Sunday Hunting)
During the dates for shotgun season numerous trails within Lums Pond State Park will be CLOSED. Signs will be posted at each trail head advising visitors which trails are closed.

Annual Club Picnic - Saturday October 11

11AM at the Flying Field - Club will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, and drinks. Feel free to bring your favorite covered dish to share!

Currently, weather for Saturday looks to be OK with overcast skies and winds 8 to 12 mph. Rain forecasted later in the evening through Sunday, so be sure to watch for updates.
