Hey guys!!

I know there's been some concerns about suspicious cars and activity in the neighborhood.

I wanted to address something that we can all do that will assist in keeping our community safe.

If you drive through our neighborhood at night, you might realize how dark the neighborhood can be.

I know there's been some complaints about the street lights, but the reality is that we are the mercy of the county.

To combat the darkness, it's highly recommended that you turn your porch light on.

Having that small light on is a deterrent for criminals.

It's as simple as picking up a dusk to dawn lightbulb at Home Depot or Lowe's. No need to worry about forgetting to turn the bulb off or on every day.

I also can't stress enough how important it is that your house address is visible from the street. Not only will it make it easier for your Amazon delivery, but more importantly it's easier for first responders to find your home faster.

Take a moment to check and see if your house address is visible.

If you see something suspicious, and you're concerned, please reach out to the police department.

I hope everyone has a great day. Happy Thursday.
