We've heard the residents very clearly that it is too difficult to pay your annual dues so we launched a new Stripe platform that virtually allows you to pay anyway you see fit. We do get charged a 3% transaction fee so to cover those costs the total charge is $78. We still welcome $75 if you prefer to pay by check or cash. Please use the below link:

𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹: 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆📚📸

As everyone gears up for the new school year, we’re excited to see the big smiles and maybe a few “I’m not ready for this” frowns! And let’s be honest, we’re pretty sure the parents will be smiling! 😉

Before you post those first-day photos, take a moment to think about what personal information you’re sharing online. Celebrate the moment but protect their privacy!

🚫 Think Twice Before Posting:
• Student ages or birthdates
• Teacher names
• School names
• Exact locations
• Other personal or identifying information

✅ Share Safely:
Keep captions general, such as “First Day of School!” and avoid sharing details that could identify where your child goes to school or where they can be found.

Let’s celebrate the start of another great school year while doing our part to protect our children’s privacy and safety online.

Have a safe and happy school year!

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

This weekend we celebrate 250 years of freedom, opportunity, and the spirit that brings communities together.

We are grateful to call The Legends home and thankful for each of you who helps make this such a welcoming place to live. Your kindness, pride in our neighborhood, and willingness to look out for one another are what make our community special.

As we celebrate with family and friends, we also ask everyone to do their part by being respectful of your neighbors, celebrating responsibly, and helping keep our community safe and beautiful for all.

From all of us at The Legends Civic Association, we wish you a safe, joyful, and memorable Independence Day.

Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
