We are delighted to invite all of you to "Journey Within" with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

On July 9 in Battle Creek, our community will have the unique opportunity to welcome Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar—an internationally renowned humanitarian, peace ambassador, and meditation teacher whose transformative programs have touched the lives of millions across the globe.

What makes this event particularly meaningful is its broader impact on the community. Beyond the event itself, the organization offers evidence-based wellness and resilience programs that support veterans, healthcare professionals, first responders, students, individuals in recovery, and others navigating stress, burnout, trauma, and mental health challenges.

The Journey Within offers the Battle Creek community a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with inner peace.

Congratulations to our very own Rod Auton on being recognized with the District 6360 “Glue of Our District” Award for his service as Assistant Governor during the 2025-26 Rotary year!

This award recognizes Rod’s dedication, leadership, and commitment to supporting Rotary clubs throughout our district. His willingness to connect people, share ideas, and help clubs succeed truly makes him the “glue” that strengthens Rotary’s impact across our communities.

Thank you, Rod, for your outstanding service and for representing the Rotary Club of Battle Creek so well. We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition!

We did it—and then some! 🎉

With today’s packing event, Rotary Club of Battle Creek volunteers packed an additional 300 fresh food boxes, bringing our Rotary year total to an incredible 2,530 boxes!

Our original goal was 2,000 boxes, and thanks to the dedication of our members and community partners, we exceeded that goal by more than 500 boxes. These fresh food boxes help provide nutritious food to families throughout our community, and we’re grateful to everyone who rolled up their sleeves to make a difference.

Thank you to all who volunteered, packed, and supported this effort. Together, we’re helping fight food insecurity one box at a time!

Service Above Self in action!

Our friends at Community United GSRP at Prairieview School needed a storage upgrade, and Rotary was happy to help. Their new shelving will safely store more than a ton of books and educational supplies, helping create a more organized and accessible learning environment for students and staff.

There are many ways to support education in our community — and sometimes the smallest improvements can make a big difference for teachers and children every day. We’re proud to partner with organizations that are investing in the future of our kids!
