Any Lord of the Rings fans out there? Awesome! Check out The Hobbits at our upcoming CCCB Spring Concert.

From The Lord of the Rings, this joyful piece captures the carefree, optimistic spirit of the Hobbits. Light, playful, and full of charm, it dances along like a cheerful folk tune straight out of the Shire.

Alligator Alley by Michael Daugherty is a wonderful piece that will be performed at the upcoming CCCB Spring Concert.

Named after the stretch of I-75 through the Florida Everglades, Michael Daugherty’s piece captures the eerie, slithering motion of the alligator. With creeping textures and sharp, biting accents, it builds to a thrilling finish—ending with the unmistakable snap of jaws.
