It's National Cybersecurity Awareness Month! 🛡️

AI has streamlined our industry, but it's also fueling a surge in fraud attempts. Scammers can now clone a familiar voice to fake calls and even generate realistic IDs in minutes. AI-enabled fraud attempts have surged 456% in the past year, according to recent industry data.

Real estate is a priority target for these scammers, due to the large sums of money being wired and the tight deadlines that must be hit. To protect your agency and your clients, you must stay ahead of these evolving schemes and have processes in place to identify red flags upfront.
