Jim Work will be Dearly missed !! Jim had always been kind and supportive of our Krewe ! We will remember the bowling charity event the year Krewe of Damifineaux walked away with 1st Place in the tournament !!! Jim found out we had a professional bowler on our team ! He told us “Oufnac u don’t bring a Professional Bowler to a Charity Event” lol lol lol !! Oops!! Sorry Jim

The Krewe of Damifineaux has lost a great friend and Krewe member. Brian Zajac rode in the Spanish Town Parade w/the Krewe of Damifineaux for 5 years out of the Krewe's 14 year tenure. RIP BZ!🙏💗💗💗💗

Paul Brian Zajac a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away on September 12, 2017 at Oschner Medical Center. He was bom in Erie, PA and was a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Brian was employed by Exxon Mobil, Baton Rouge as a Chemical Engineer for the past 28 years. His greatest passion was bowling with the USBC and EEC Mens League. Brian is survived by his parents Paul and Pauline Zajac of Harborcreek, PA, brother William and wife Melanie, State College, PA, two nieces, Allison and Jessica Zajac also of State College, Great Aunt Wanda Pius, Step Grandmother June Lewis, Godmother Olga Zajac and husband Edward Zajac all of Erie, PA. Visiting hours will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 12:00p.m. until services at 2:00p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations made to Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area, 3772 North Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
