The McLindon Family Foundation ( MFF) provides adaptive bikes to special needs children. These bikes provide an opportunity for a child to experience that special sense of freedom and pride of having their very own bike. Additionally, it helps facilitate inclusion. As it has been proven to us over and over again, these bikes change lives. Parents work with their child's therapists to select the ap

propriate adaptive bike for their child. We engage our donor network to help fund the purchase of these bikes. Our donors are motivated by the success stories that are shared on this FB page. Additionally they are very satisfied to learn that: 100% of their donation goes to the purchase of these bikes, we purchase at a "non-profit" discount and their donations are tax deductible. We also " re-cycle", meaning when a child outgrows his bike we take it back and get it into the hands of another deserving family. Our donors contributions keep working. We have some bikes on their third child. If you have a special needs child and would like to get on our waiting list please send us a message so we can start the conversation with you today. Louisiana summers bring plenty of rain, but we managed to squeeze in Aubree’s bike delivery between the storms! 🌦️🚲

One of the best things about her adaptive bike is how easy it is to get in and out, making it simple to head down the street for a quick ride whenever the weather allows.

And sometimes, a quick bike ride is all it takes to re-energize the whole family. 💙 We’re so happy to see Aubree enjoying her new wheels and making memories with her family!

Meet Violet from Texas! ✨

After successfully trying an adaptive bike during a fun bike ride at school, Violet was ready for one of her own. 💚 When we received a donated adaptive bike that was the perfect fit, we packed it up and surprised her at school.

Her family, therapists, and adaptive physical education teachers were all there to celebrate this special moment. Seeing everyone come together to support Violet as she began this new chapter made the day even more meaningful.
