McLindon Family Foundation provides adaptive bikes to children with special needs. They also help these children build core strength and confidence. Thank you.

The McLindon Family Foundation ( MFF) provides adaptive bikes to special needs children. These bikes provide an opportunity for a child to experience that special sense of freedom and pride of having their very own bike. Additionally, it helps facilitate inclusion. As it has been proven to us over and over again, these bikes change lives. Parents work with their child's therapists to select the appropriate adaptive bike for their child. We engage our donor network to help fund the purchase of these bikes. Our donors are motivated by the success stories that are shared on this FB page. Additionally they are very satisfied to learn that: 100% of their donation goes to the purchase of these bikes, we purchase at a "non-profit" discount and their donations are tax deductible. We also " re-cycle", meaning when a child outgrows his bike we take it back and get it into the hands of another deserving family. Our donors contributions keep working. We have some bikes on their third child. If you have a special needs child and would like to get on our waiting list please send us a message so we can start the conversation with you today. Meet Bradley from Louisiana! 💚

We remember Bradley from the early days! He was one of the very first children to receive an adaptive bike from us. After years of growing and making memories on his original trike, he had officially outgrown it.

So we were thrilled to deliver a bigger bike and see that same big smile all over again. We love watching these bikes become part of a child’s story and seeing the joy continue through the years.

We loved taking a little road trip to meet Kip and his family! 💙🚲

Kip was the perfect tour guide, showing us all his favorite spots around the neighborhood and proving he could handle a big hill like a pro! 🙌

Get ready for a fun-filled day at the These Bikes Change Lives Fest! Come cheer on the long-distance riders, then join in on an inclusive kid-friendly festival.

Don’t miss the adaptive bike presentation, where local children will receive their new adaptive bikes. Enjoy music from a DJ, face painting, balloon twisting, inflatable games, tasty refreshments, local vendors, and much more. Best of all, registration for families is free!
