Here's what's coming up around Baton Rouge this summer.

Bardwell Homes recently announced a limited release of new homesites at Benton at Magnolia Woods. The new phase includes 18 ready-to-build lots, giving buyers a chance to get into one of Baton Rouge's most sought-after communities. It's also one of the last opportunities for new construction along Highland Road.

In addition to the new lots off Highland, Bardwell still has one remaining home available in Inniswylde, townhomes in Willow Grove off Perkins, and, right outside the 225, new homes now available in Terra Bella in Covington, LA!
