The 2026 Parade of Homes, presented by GSE Integrated, puts you inside some of the area’s most stunning homes—at your own leisure! Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing resources, education, and networking opportunities to Baton Rouge area professionals. HBA|GBR is known for our annual Building & Remodeling Show, the area's premiere Parade of Homes each spring, our excellent educational courses, and our support of the Home For Good raffle. Our membership consists of home builders, contractors, interior design professionals, developers, real estate agents, and just about anyone who services the home building and remodeling industry. Building more efficiently and taking advantage of the savings that come with it!

We recently joined our Silver Industry Partner, Delta Utilities for an Energy Efficiency Lunch & Learn focused on their new Energy Efficiency Rebate Program and the opportunities available to builders.

Members learned how building with a tighter envelope and high-efficiency natural gas heating and water heating equipment can help homes perform 10–20%+ more efficiently than code minimum, while qualifying equipment may also be eligible for valuable rebates through Delta Utilities.

We’re grateful to Delta Utilities for bringing valuable education, resources, and cost-saving opportunities to our members and for their continued partnership with HBA|GBR!
