Asbestos Remediation Donor Appeal

(Generation House: Restored)

Family & Friends,

As many of you know, the Generation House: Restored is more than a renovation project, it is a safe haven being prepared for families who need stability, healing, and a fresh start. Every step of this journey has been covered by grace, and every challenge has revealed God’s protection over this home.

During our most recent inspection, asbestos was discovered in three rooms of the house. While this was unexpected, we are grateful it was found before any family moved in. This is God’s way of ensuring that the home is not just restored, but safe, healthy, and fully prepared for the people He will send.

To move forward, we must complete professional asbestos remediation, which includes sealing, removal, and certified air‑quality testing. This is a required safety step, and it must be done by licensed specialists.

The cost for remediation is estimated between $3,600–$10,000.

This covers:

• Licensed asbestos removal
• Proper disposal
• Air quality clearance
• Re‑entry certification

We are asking our community, partners, and supporters to help us meet this need quickly so we can stay on track to open the home for its first family.
