At Family Violence Prevention, we believe that everyone deserves safety, support, and hope. Every day, our team works alongside survivors, helping them navigate difficult circumstances, access resources, and take steps toward healing and stability.

We are currently looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Advocates.

This position is more than a job. It is an opportunity to be a source of encouragement, understanding, and empowerment for individuals and families facing some of life's greatest challenges. Whether you're assisting with crisis intervention, safety planning, court advocacy, or connecting survivors with community resources, your work can have a lasting impact.

💜 KARAOKE FOR A CAUSE 2026 — WHAT A NIGHT! 💜

Our hearts are so full after such an incredible night at our 6th Annual Karaoke for a Cause! We want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, donated, volunteered, sang, and supported Family Violence Prevention. We want to give a special shoutout to Los Ramones Barn for their generous $500 donation toward our venue and for helping us create a space where we can come together for such a meaningful night. We are so grateful for your generosity and for helping us make this event one to remember! 🎤✨

Purple Thursday! 💜
Our advocates at Family Violence Prevention are wearing purple to stand with survivors of domestic violence.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We wear purple to raise awareness, show support, and remind our community that no one has to face domestic violence alone.
Thank you to our advocates who show up every day — at shelter, in the office, out in the community, and everywhere in between.
If you or someone you know needs support, you are not alone. Help is available. 💜
