Our vision is to improve the quality of life for adult learners through literacy skills, so that they may develop their full potential, gain access to greater opportunities, and become fully involved in their community. Our Services

• Adult Basic Education: one-to-one tutoring for students

who read below an 8th grade level

• ESL Services: one-to-one tutoring for students who do not read, write or speak English fluently

OFLP is a proud member of the Arkansas Literacy Councils and ProLiteracy network. OFLP is supported by Citizens Bank.
