Thankful is an understatement.
How do you thank someone who…
Answers the phone at 9:15 at night and then offers sleeping arrangements to all of us?!
Not one or two.
Not even three or four.
Not five or six.
BUT SEVEN people.
You see, an Air BNB was reserved and we were ready to spend the night so we didn’t need to travel in the morning. Three of us arrived to mold on the walls, bugs on the floor and walls, unmade beds, dirty sheets, and so much more. I was horrified. I tried to contact the host and there was no response. I tried to make alternative accommodation arrangements and couldn’t secure any, so I made a phone call to Judy.
Judy and Jim immediately said come on over and gave all of us such a warm welcome and wonderful conversation. Each of us had our own place to sleep so we could be prepared to pour into the children at Jane Edwards today.
Without Judy and Jim, today would have looked much different. Thank you so much for being so generous and kind and hospitable. You were true angels!!!
