It was great to see Wiring Harness News spotlight the inaugural Cable & Wire Harness Competition at EWPTE.

One of our favorite takeaways from the article is how it highlights the balance competitors had to strike between speed and quality. Building a harness quickly is impressive, but doing so quickly while maintaining precision, clean workmanship, and functionality is what sets skilled assemblers apart. EWPTE 2026 was a great one! More than 3,100 participants came together in Milwaukee, with attendance up 8% over last year and 223 exhibiting companies on the floor. This year also marked the debut of the first-ever U.S. Cable & Wire Harness Competition regional qualifier, and Elcira De Leon of E-Tron Systems took the top spot, earning her place at the World Championship in Munich this November.
