🐾🐾ADOPTION PENDING!🐾🐾

Kirby has been waiting and hoping that his special someone will finally find him. If you met this boy, you would see what we KNOW…🐾

He is such a sweet and chill guy who loves his hoomans. He’s happy just laying in your arms, giving kisses and then falling asleep ❤️ He also loves stuffies, playtime, and a good romp around the yard, but curling up next to you is his favorite ☺️ Pictures don’t do him justice either…he’s got the most beautiful brindled coat and the softest eyes. He’s amazing ❤️

At the adoption event last Saturday, Kirby was understandably a little nervous with not knowing what was going on. But EVERY time a child came up to see him, I thought his tail was going to wag off 🥰 He LOVES kids and would be a perfect dog to grow up with them. He’s so easy going and would fit into any family like he’s been there forever ❤️

BUT, he still waits 😔 He’s now 4.5 months old and needs to start his own journey. He’s currently being fostered in Upperco MD and is available for adoption, but if you can’t adopt maybe you can foster? His current fosters have done a WONDERFUL job raising and socializing them all, but Kirby is ready to move on, have new experiences and more one on one time ❤️

This handsome boy turned three in March and is UTD on all vaccinations and neutered. He is great with farm animals including chickens, sheep & cows and regularly stays around livestock by himself with no issues. He does well with their other dog and visiting dogs in their family but does resource guard food and treats. He was also raised with children and has never been aggressive towards them.

However when he is in his pen or secured by a leash or tether, he lunges at strangers that approach and has nipped a few. But when he is out of his pen, he is immediately friendly to the same people that he just lunged at. They have him trained to stay near the house without a line or leash but does roam off occasionally but always comes back after a few hours. He is generally crate and house trained but has displayed the same behavior in his crate when strangers come into the home.

Dozer is a great boy and this is a very difficult decision for his owners, but they have too many visitors to their farm and orchard to safely keep him and reached out for help finding him a better fit home. He may not be the easiest guy but he does have many good qualities and would do great with someone without frequent visitors. For more information, please call Issac at #304-890-7103 🐾

Matilda, formally Pink has settled in perfectly with her new family! Her and her two hound sisters are obsessed with each other and have become the Three Shenanigan Musketeers lol. We have partnered with my good friend Michelle & Wags for Winnie and are holding our FIRST EVER adoption event this Saturday May 2nd!! We’ll have three of Momma Bonnet’s beautiful kids there and would LOVE to see you! 🐾

So come on up to the PetSmart in Abingdon MD from 10-1 and meet these babies! We’ll have applications available for both adoption or foster and will throw in a face full of puppy kisses too ☺️ Hope to see you there! ❤️🐾

In more wonderful adoption news 🤗 Buford found his FOREVER! ❤️

This handsome boy came to us after his dad passed away and he ended up in the local shelter. Now he’s living in VA with his new family, has completed a couple of weeks of doggy school and is doing great! 🥰 He’s a happy boy, surrounded by love and lots of toys!! 😁

Yesterday, in spite of the cool and dreary weather, another one of Bonnet’s sweet kids found their forever! 🥰 Buck, formally known as Dark Blue, now named Beansie has been ADOPTED!! 🎉🎈

This beautiful boy will be staying in Maryland and is already loved so much by his new family ❤️ He’ll get lots of one on one time and TLC as he goes through his cherry eye correction and then onward to a lifetime of happy adventures ahead! ☺️

Beansie, you now have a name of your own, a loving family of your own, and a wonderful future ❤️ Here’s to the BEST life sweet boy! 😊🐾

We thought we had a foster to adopt home for this handsome boy, but it looks like that may have fell through. And to top it off, he has recently developed cherry eye so he won’t be available to adopt until after we get that fixed.
