We are excited to spotlight one of our newly elected leaders, Bessie YVONNE Everett ’73, who is returning for her second term as Communications Chair for Goucher College Black & African American Alumni Affinity Group (BAAAAG).

Founded in 2023, BAAAAG fosters connection, celebration, and community among Black and African American alumnae/i and all who support its mission. Yvonne has been a dedicated leader within the Goucher community, also serving on the Jewell Robinson Dinner Committee and as one of the founders of the Imani Fund travel abroad grant.

With a passion for collaboration, relationship building, and meaningful progress, Yvonne is excited to continue supporting the growth of BAAAAG and the broader Goucher community.

Stay tuned throughout the summer as we introduce more BAAAAG leaders through social media and the AAGC Digest.

Interested in joining BAAAAG? Email [email protected] to be added to the roster and stay connected about upcoming events and programs.
