Last week, we had the joy of hosting our Blossoms & Bridles Horse Show at MARE. 🌸🐴

All week long, our riders had the opportunity to show what they have been working toward, and they truly did not disappoint. Every ride reflected hard work, courage, confidence, and the beautiful connection between horse and rider.

We are so proud of each rider who showed up, gave their best, and made this week so special. ❤️

Through our veterans programs and the relationships we have built with veterans, we have had the honor of hearing stories of courage, sacrifice, and service that we will never forget.

Sometimes it looks like riding. Sometimes it looks like volunteering. Sometimes it looks like healing, connection, purpose, and finding a place that feels like family.

Hope on Horseback is about sharing the stories that make MARE so special, from our riders and families to our volunteers, horses, and community.

This May, we are raising $75,000 to support client financial aid, horse care, and priority programs at MARE.

Meet Team Bennett & Sammy. 🐴💙

Bennett has been riding at MARE for almost 8 years. When he first started, he was completely nonverbal. Today, he is a chatterbox who will happily talk your ear off about trains.

His little brother, Sammy, is now MARE’s youngest rider, making this mission even more special for their family.

This is what Hope on Horseback is all about. It is about the riders, families, horses, volunteers, and moments that remind us why this program matters.
