Dear Village Green Residents,

We regret to inform you that the Culiacan Entry Gate has undergone necessary repairs and will need to remain locked through the weekend.

The Board and Management did everything possible to have the gate operational today, but unfortunately, completion of the repairs is not possible. Work is expected to be finished after the holiday on Monday.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause over the long weekend. In the meantime, please use the entry gate on Wildrye for access.

Our street seal project begins tomorrow (Thursday, 5/15). Residents on Spirea, and those on the east side of Huckleberry, Lemon Lily, Trumpetvine, and Bottlebrush, roads will be closed in your area from 8:30 AM-6 PM.

Please note - the Stockdale/Wild Rye entrance will be sealcoated tomorrow as well. Please use the Renfro entrance between the hours of 8:30 AM-6 PM.

Trash bins will be picked up prior to 8:30 AM.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation!

Neighborhood Reminder - our street sealcoat project begins next week from Thursday, 5/15 - Friday, 5/23. Please refer the chart below to determine what day your street will be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation!

Important Information:
Trash bin pickups will occur before 8:30 AM.

Traffic will NOT be allowed on the streets being sealcoated from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

On the day your street is scheduled to be sealcoated, you will need to park on an alternative street.

Parking tickets will not be issued during this time. However, please note that if your vehicle is parked on the street when your street is being sealcoated, Bowman Asphalt and Apex Management reserve the right to tow it.

Please monitor your water and sprinklers on the day your street is scheduled to be sealcoated, as water runoff into the street could affect the sealcoat.

If you have scheduled landscape or gardening services, please be aware that they may need to be rescheduled if they fall on the day your street is being sealcoated.

Make sure to join in on our Easter Egg Hunt on March 16th!

There will be breakfast pastries and juice provided and the hunt begins promptly at 10:15 AM, anyone that is late may miss out on getting any eggs.

UPDATE: another tree has fallen and there is a third that seems to be about to fall. The company will be roping off the entrance entirely until the trees can be removed tomorrow (Monday). Please make the proper arrangements to use only the Stockdale gate for entry. Please contact management with any questions or concerns. STAY SAFE!!

FYI: the entry gate off Renfro is closed as a tree fell down from the storm. Please be very cautious when outside today until the storm is over. The Stockdale gate will need to be used for entry until the tree can be removed.
