Through listening sessions with employers and an analysis of high-demand occupations, GeorgiaLAUNCH identified significant overlap in the skills needed across many careers.

These findings suggest that workers may be able to transition more easily between related occupations while employers benefit from faster upskilling and broader talent pools.
