It’s here! 🎉

Today, we’re proud to share the launch of More Than Safe: Because Safety Is Only the Beginning and Tapestri’s FY25 Impact Report.

The report gives you a look at the people we served, the work we accomplished, the programs we built, and the partnerships that helped make it all possible. But this isn’t simply a report about what Tapestri did. It’s about what became possible because survivors had access to support. And it’s just the beginning.

More Than Safe is a year-long campaign focused on what happens after safety. Through the campaign, we’re raising unrestricted funding to address urgent survivor needs that aren’t always covered through traditional grants, while also ensuring our case managers can continue helping survivors navigate the complex systems they encounter as they build their lives beyond violence.

Because safety is only the beginning. What happens next matters.

Take a look at the past year with us. Read the full report:

And if something in the report resonates with you, share it. Support the campaign. Help us tell the story of what’s possible when survivors have the support they need.

October is Domestic Violence Awarness Month.

For Tapestri, this month is a time to recognize survivors, remember those we've lost, and talk honestly about what it can take to move forward after violence.

We serve survivors from various communities, including people navigating language, cultural, financial, housing, and other barriers while trying to find safety and build something new.

No two journeys look exactly the same.

That's why support matters.

Sometimes it's an advocate helping someone understand their options. Sometimes it's a connection to a resource. Sometimes it's helping someone navigate a system that feels overshelming. And sometimes it's simply having someone there who understands that getting safe is only the beginning.

Throughout October, we'll share more about the people, programs, and stories that make Tapestri's work possible. And we'll invite you to look beyond the moment of crisis and consider what comes next.

Because survivors deserve support not only to get safe, but to have the opportunity to build what comes after.

Honoring World Refugee Day
We recognize the strength, resilience, and courage of millions of people forced to flee their homes in search of safety.
At Tapestri, we believe in the power of advocacy, services, and community to create a more inclusive and compassionate world. Every story matters — and every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and belonging.
Let’s stand together in support of refugees everywhere.

Mission Moment 💜

When Sara came to Tapestri, she was escaping abuse and uncertainty. With support from our team, she found safe housing, legal assistance, and the tools to rebuild her life.

Today, she is employed, safe, and creating a brighter future for herself and her family.

Stories like Sara's are possible because of a community that believes every survivor deserves safety, dignity, and hope.

Join us in making more success stories possible.
