✨ Meet Our New CEO, Ryan Logan ✨

We are excited to officially welcome Ryan to the YWCO family!

Ryan was drawn to the YWCO because of our incredible 120-year legacy of serving the greater Athens community. To him, that history represents generations of impact, connection, and lives changed, and he's honored to help lead the next chapter. With a strong foundation already in place, Ryan is excited to continue growing, evolving, and ensuring the YWCO meets the changing needs of our community for years to come.

Ryan believes the heart of any organization is its people. He hopes to foster a culture where every staff member, volunteer, and member feels genuinely welcomed, valued, supported, and connected. He leads with honesty, collaboration, and kindness, believing that when people feel seen beyond their job titles, incredible things can happen.

While he takes the mission seriously, Ryan also believes there's always room for laughter. He loves celebrating the small wins, encouraging others to reach their full potential, and creating an environment where people can grow with confidence.

And one fun fact? Ryan is a huge Dolly Parton fan! He admires the kindness, generosity, humor, and heart she brings into everything she does. A reminder that you can work hard, care deeply about others, and still have a little fun along the way.
