Freedom Center Food Pantry

Freedom Center Food Pantry We seek to serve as God's hands and help feed the hungry, seeking to be a supplement to the family's source of bringing food into their home. to 6p.m. Oneida St.

We're entirely operated by volunteers. The Freedom Center is located in one of the largest poverty pockets in the Fox Valley. With the help of a few churches working together, the pantry opened in the early part of 2010 upon completion of updates to the building provided. During our first full month of being open we served 14 families per week. That number more than tripled the second month of ope

ration and continues to grow. After three months, the Freedom Center Food Pantry has helped almost 300 different families. Serving today about 300 families a week. In addition, we have held an occasional Saturday night “5 Loaves” dinner. At these dinners, food is prepared and served mostly to families utilizing the pantry. As hunger is a reality in our community and continues to grow, we will continue serving the need. Our hope is that you will partner with us in meeting this practical need and in making the Good News of Jesus Christ available to those who are experiencing spiritual hunger as well. HOW TO HELP

Hey friends — we could really use some extra hands this Saturday for the annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive benefiting the Freedom Center Food Pantry!

This food drive is a HUGE blessing to the pantry and helps provide a lot of unique items we normally don’t always receive or can’t easily purchase. Every bag of food collected helps feed local families right here in our community.

Two ways you can help:

• 9:30 AM — Appleton Post Office (around back)
Go inside and they’ll assign you a neighborhood route. You’ll drive around collecting donated food from mailboxes and bring it back to the post office.

• 10:45 AM — this is where we really need strong helpers, Freedom Center Food Pantry
Help unload, sort, and organize all the food donations as they arrive.

Even a couple hours makes a big difference. Bring a friend, wear comfy clothes, and come ready to serve our community in Jesus’ name.

Thanks everyone!

A huge thank you dear friends for the kindness and love that you have shown to our neighbors in need of help with food!

Thanks to your generosity, in the first quarter of 2026 (January-March), Freedom Center Food Pantry was able to serve approximately 4,656 individuals across 2,013 households through our drive-thru box pickups and indoor shopping. These families received a variety of nutritious items, including fresh produce, dairy, meat, non-perishables, and essential toiletries like paper goods and diapers.

With your help and support, we will be able to continue to provide this needed food and other items! You are a huge blessing!

Jesus teaches that as we live in His love and obey Him by loving one another, we experience His full, abundant joy. (John 15: 10-12)

May His joy be in you, and your joy be full

I was told believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see.

Two simple words.
Taught early.
Used often.

They opened doors.
Softened moments.
Showed respect.

Manners weren’t optional.
They were part of everyday life.

They cost nothing.
But they meant everything.

Maybe it’s time
to bring those small lessons back
and make them normal again.

At Golden Hair I truly believe beauty goes beyond the chair 💚
We are just 6 days away from the very first Operation Freedom Shelves pop-up food drive at Greenville Pub , and I couldn’t be more proud to be part of a community that shows up for one another.
If you’re coming in for an appointment this week, feel free to bring along a few non-perishable items and I’ll make sure they get added to the donation box.
Let’s help stock the shelves at Freedom Center Food Pantry and make a real difference together 🌿✨
