Calling all Vendors! We are looking for Veteran-owned, Veteran-Affiliated, & Veteran-Friendly organizations to partner with us in May. We have the ENTIRE Fox Cities Convention Center (all floors, hallways, & rooms) for this symposium. We'll soon launch our website which will allow organizations to request booths. We anticipate a HUGE demand, so our steering committee will be selecting the final applications. Here's a little insight:
Exhibit Hall C: Food trucks, Snack wagons, Sparkles the mini horse, family & children's area, & more!
Exhibit Hall B: Booths
Exhibit Hall A: Stage for Keynote Speakers (& rain backup for Friday's band) & Booths
Prefunction area: All sorts of amazing mini interactive seminars throughout the two days (e.g. Financing with a VA loan, Career tools, panel discussion, & more)
Floors 3 & 4: We'll release that information soon - but it's amazing!
Booth Fees (per 10x10 space, two chairs, 8' table, pipe & drape):
Nonprofit/Faith-based/Government: $0
Veteran-Owned/Affiliated: $100
For-Profit Businesses: $500
Veteran Hiring Event (4th floor): Rick will contact you soonest!
College Displays (3rd floor): We'll contact you soonest!
NOTE: We're working on an open-space layout and will grant for-profit businesses up to THREE booth spaces; we may go up to four)
