Outagamie County Health and Human Services Mentoring Program Youth mentoring agency. Here at the Outagamie County Mentoring Program, we work with the youth in the community who need us the most.

We match these kids with adults mentors who expose them to new, healthy, and positive experiences that enhance self esteem and improve social skills. Mentor matches spend 4 to 8 hours per month together developing positive and trusting relationships the youth can rely on. Youth can be matched with an individual mentor or a mentor couple. A successful match is life changing for both the mentor(s) a

Looks like a great weekend to get outdoors!🌿

You may have heard of ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences), but have you ever heard of PCEs (Positive Childhood Experiences)? While ACEs can have a negative impact on a person's long-term health, research continues to show that "PCEs strongly predict better adult health and well-being, even in the presence of adversity".

This article from the American Academy of Pediatrics further supports the importance of PCEs.
