Stepping onto the grounds of Stone Chalet Bed and Breakfast Inn and Event Center in the summer feels less like arriving at a local bed and breakfast and more like crossing a threshold into another timeline. It is historic, grounded, and impossibly charming. Every month, Daisy, her husband, and their two kids open this sanctuary to a collective of tired women, but the summer months hold a specific kind of magic.

Tonight, Daisy’s garden is in full bloom—a lush, vibrant proof of what happens when you nurture something with patience. It is deeply inspiring to stand among her flowers, a quiet reminder that we, too, need tending. Nearby, a few hens cluck softly from a tiny hobbit-house coop, adding to the surreal, serene peace that blankets the entire property. Daisy has a gift for this, for making this space feel like an immediate exhale.

As moms, finding time for ourselves is an uphill battle. First, you have to fight the guilt just to give yourself permission. Then, even if you win that battle, you are faced with the exhausting task of deciding exactly how to spend your hard-earned free time.

That is why Moms Night Inn has always been so special to me. There is no pressure here. It is designed to be a casual way to meet other women who are navigating the same beautiful chaos, but it is also a pure respite. A place to disconnect from the noise.

If you come and realize you don't have the words for small talk, we won't judge you. If you just want to be alone, but in the comforting presence of people who understand, that is completely okay. The Chalet is full of cozy, hidden nooks meant for exactly that—a book, a cup of tea, and uninterrupted thoughts.

The whirlwind of summer is officially here. Before the calendar fills up completely, promise yourself this window of time.

Save the date for our next Moms Night Inn:
Wednesday, June 17
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

For the mamas who need an extra layer of support just to make this happen, we have free, onsite babysitting available thanks to our childcare sponsor, Maka Kids (), a kids video streaming app built on child development science, not engagement algorithms. Ad-free, ages 0–6. Less stress for parents. Better content for kids.

Motherhood is a lot of things, but "quiet" usually isn't one of them.

Moms Night Inn is our monthly social activity designed just for the mamas. If you're going to do one thing for yourself this month, let it be this. Give yourself permission to pull over at The Stone Chalet, eat some delicious food, meet some amazing local moms, and truly relax.

Consider this your invitation to close the million tabs open in your head and completely disconnect from your digital devices for an evening.

Bonus: Now that the weather is finally getting warmer, we get to hang out and reconnect in the beautiful patio and garden area.

You deserve the break. Your village is here.

Get ready to elevate your weekends. Starting this weekend, we are officially kicking off another season of Smoking Flow. Join us for our season opener this Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Moving forward, we will be gathering on the **fourth Saturday of every month** for an evening of community, connection, and relaxation.

An initiative like this takes a village, and we are incredibly grateful for the support of our amazing partners who help make this space possible:
Planted Provisioning: A massive thank you to our main sponsor for supporting our vision and helping us bring this community together for another season.
: Shoutout to our dedicated cannabis education partner for providing the knowledge and insights that keep our community informed and empowered.
