At Mercy Table, Christmas is more than gifts beneath a tree. It's an opportunity to come together, build relationships, share blessings, and remind one another that every life has value and every family deserves to experience kindness, dignity, and joy.

We warmly invite families to join us for **Breakfast with Santa**, a special Christmas experience filled with a warm meal, laughter, meaningful moments, and the joy of giving and receiving. 🥞🎅🎄

🎁 **Registration is open to the first 200 eligible children**, ages **5–12, enrolled in elementary school (grades K–6).**

📅 **Registration begins October 15!**

This is a relationship-centered fundraising position focused on donor engagement, charitable gift development, and long-term stewardship.

The Community Partner for Donor Relations serves as a primary relationship manager for current donors, planned giving donors, professional advisors, fund founders, and prospective donors. The position manages a portfolio of donor relationships and helps donors align their charitable goals with opportunities to improve quality of life throughout Muncie and Delaware County.

Mercy Table is seeking experienced Career Coaches willing to donate their time for a four-week, in-person series as part of our Pathway to Stability program in Anderson and Daleville.

We’re looking for coaches who can help participants strengthen career readiness—from résumés and interviews (including virtual interviews) to workplace professionalism, job retention, advancement, and foundational budgeting.

• Available outcome data—such as participants who obtained employment, employment retention after coaching, or other measurable improvements in participants’ career readiness, stability, or workplace skills
