King Regent Gordon Severson was selected by the Pioneers of Alaska and has been serving the public since Harry Truman was president — a three-times retired veteran of three wars with decades of service to the country, the federal government and the state of Alaska. We are so pleased to have Gordon on our Fur Rondy Royal Court this year. It’s also his birthday so if you see him, be sure to give him a big high five!
