Thank you to everyone that showed up to the town hall tonight!

It was incredible to see so many different organizations and volunteers that are fired up to collaborate and serve our neighbors.

When the government fails and our neighbors have to choose between rent or food, we prove that our community is who we can rely on.

We've had a 30% increase in homelessness since 2021, most folks are elderly or disabled. People who are already overlooked and falling through the cracks in our system.

Tonight folks united to try and make sure that doesn't happen anymore! We want to work towards a panhandle where no one is abandoned. Everyone should have food, water, and shelter.

Special thanks to two incredible people who are both passionate for their community, Mark Nair for congress on the democrat ballot and Chastity Wedgeworth for congress on the republican ballot.

Both people prove that if you want to make a difference in your community, it starts by being a part of it.

Due to the government shutdown, SNAP benefits will not be disbursed today (Nov. 1)—leaving many of our community members without food access. We are hosting a townhall on Monday Nov. 3 for local food organizers to come together and strategize food distribution for our community members in need. There are many organizations stepping up to support our community and we want to facilitate those voices in conversation together to help everyone’s efforts go as far as possible. If we combine efforts/resources/energy, we can expand our impact! We invite all food pantries, local businesses, churches, or individuals who would like to contribute to supporting our community during this difficult time.

Please share this flyer, and we hope to see you on Monday! ✊❤️

Let's work together y'all. It's about to get a lot harder for all our neighbors here soon.

Neighbors don't let neighbors go hungry. That's why at P3 we serve a meal and check on our unhoused neighbors every Sunday.

Interested in supporting this corner of our community by providing food or monetary donations? Got a couple hours every other Sunday to assist one of our meal teams? Need a meal to help get you through the week? Send us a message! We want to hear from you.
