Wanda and Janice with The Giving Doll spoke today about there giving hope and comfort to children around the world. They hand sow each doll making the faces, hair, and clothes in which it takes about 30 hours for do each one. They are all volunteers and are angels helping others make it during a difficult time.

Mayor Lowell Mathew from the City of Liverpool gave us an update on what's happening in the city, with the potential new Subdivision along with there different community events. The mayor also gave us some of the history of past years of the shipping of the cotton crops to Galveston from Liverpool down Chocolate Bayou.

Lenny Garcia spoke to us today about the Ben García Memorial Fundraiser in which is the Breezy Purple Monkey Fun Run happening September 5, 2026. There's still time to sign up for it. It's a great community event in which they had 650 runners last year.
