Everyone will need two signed permission slips to attend the party Friday night, an AHS permission form and a go-kart permission form.
For go-karts - if under 18, the "youth" form must be signed by a parent. If 18 or over, the graduate may sign the form but must also provide id at FunPlex.

And that's another Alvin High School Project Graduation fundraiser in the books. A BIG thanks to Stephanie Alvarez and all the parents who supported tonight's concession stand for Powder Puff. Getting down to the wire now. Join us Wed night to finalize plans for the party of a lifetime!

Powder Puff football game Saturday at AHS Memorial Stadium, gates open at 6pm, game at 7pm. Project Graduation will man a concession stand to raise funds. Game is going to be played, rain or shine. So come on out and support Project Grad!

This Wednesday, May 6, AHS Project Graduation will have a pivotal meeting to address several major issues as the school year-end draws near.
• We will hold the gun raffle drawing during the meeting.
• We will discuss the funding level we've achieved this year and how much will be available for the big event graduation night.
• Other topics to be covered include the upcoming skate party fundraiser, Project Grad party planning, May 20 Schlitterbahn details, and more.

Location: LGI room, McCauley Bldg, AHS campus
Time: 7:00 pm

Please spread the word to Sr parents as well as Jr parents. According to the bylaws, Jr parents should be electing their slate of officers now to kick off the Class of 2016 events. It's strongly advised that the Jr parents put down a deposit during the summer to secure a venue for their party. (We found that the premier Houston area sites fill up quickly.)
