Our next Alliance City Band story from Paul Hobe shows how the band became a part of the everyday fabric of the community, from concerts, to marching in parades, and from cornerstone dedications to housing development sales - the band was always there to provide support and entertainment. Paul shares, "The Alliance City Band was called upon to provide band music for various patriotic and political events in addition to the traditional Memorial Day – even as early as the 1870s—and Fourth of July events." We are excited to announce that Powerslam Pro Wrestling has joined our lineup for our Independence Day Celebration! A full ring will be set up near field 2, with special concessions "up top." The lineup for the day includes Classic Rock N' Roll - The John Hampu Band and food trucks kicking off at 4pm in The Valley, PowerSlam Pro Wrestling at 6pm at field 2, the Living History Concert at 8pm at the Sound Stage, and the largest fireworks display we've hosted will launch at dark, approximately 10pm!
