🚨 Reminder 🚨 PMCA meeting today at Paris Israel Church, 12583 Lisbon St NE on Tuesday, July 21 at 7 PM in the basement.
Did you know the Paris Memorial & Community Association is the one that sets up the Memorial Day parade and Sunday Evening Square Dance every year?
On June 3, 2026, there was a vote to dissolve the Association because of low attendance, lack of people wanting to be officers and not enough volunteers to do the Parade.
There is an upcoming meeting at Paris Israel Church, 12583 Lisbon St NE on Tuesday, July 21 at 7 PM in the basement.
The purpose of the meeting is vote on disposition of Association assets and which non-profit is to receive the money. We need people to attend, to invite friends, neighbors and relatives. There is a second option. There need to be enough people attending the meeting willing to take over leadership positions & volunteer to keep doing the parade in Paris. But it takes people to get involved in it.
Volunteering will require a time commitment of 1-hour meetings approximately 5 times a year.
