🥎 ASA Softball Families: Save on Gear & Get Ready for the Season! 🥎

Registration is still OPEN, so there’s still time to join us this fall! If your player is already registered, thank you! Families participating in our draft should hear from their coach once registration has ended.

As you prepare for the season, here’s what each player will need:
✅ Softball glove
✅ Fielder’s face mask
✅ Softball bat
✅ Batting helmet with a face mask

👕 Uniform Information: Coaches will communicate with families regarding jerseys, socks, belts, etc. after teams have been formed.

🛍️ Need equipment? We’ve partnered with Dick’s Sporting Goods to offer an exclusive coupon to help you save on softball gear. Be sure to check it out before the season begins!

💙 Need a little extra help? ASA also maintains a small gear swap from our equipment shed with donated items. If your family has a need—or if you have gently used equipment you’d like to donate—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will do our best to help.

One of the best parts of ASA Softball is our incredible community. We look out for one another, support one another, and want every girl to have the opportunity to play. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.

Which League Is Right for My Player?

We offer Recreational and Advanced divisions so every player has the opportunity to compete at the level that’s the best fit for them!

💙 Recreational League
• Great for players of all experience levels.
• Modified rules are used to promote player development, confidence, and game experience.
• Teams have limits on the number of select players to help maintain competitive balance.
• Players may be placed on teams through our player draft.

❤️ Advanced League
• Designed for players and teams looking for a more competitive league experience.
• Played using full USA Softball/select rules.
• No limit on the number of select players on a roster.
• Competitive select teams are welcome to participate!

Whether your player is just getting started or looking for a higher level of competition, we have a place for them this fall!

We’re excited to kick off another great fall season of ASA Softball!

We offer open registration across all age divisions:

🚨Rec Divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U/16U
🚨Advanced Divisions: 8U, 10U, 12U

Whether your player is just starting out or ready for a more competitive challenge, there’s a place for every athlete to learn, compete, and grow.

🥎 ASA Summer Softball Update! 🥎

Big news, ASA families! Our 12U division is officially FULL with 8 teams locked in and ready to roll this summer! 🎉

Now, we need to get our younger divisions across the finish line.

Right now, we have two teams registered in both our 8U Rec and 10U Rec divisions. Here is the deal: Whichever division gets to 4 teams first will officially make for the summer season!

12U is ready to play—let’s get 8U or 10U on the schedule next!

👉 Gather your squad, call your teammates, and get registered ASAP to ensure your division plays. Time is ticking!

What an incredible week this was to wrap up a fantastic Spring season! 🥎✨

While our tournament brackets have officially wrapped up, a highlight of our week was celebrating our entire ASA community—starting with our Recreational All-Star events. This celebration is so special because it honors standout girls chosen from every single team across our recreational age groups.

To our ASA All-Stars: Thank you for showing up, grinding, and representing your teams and our league with such heart, skill, and sportsmanship. Seeing players from all different teams come together to cheer each other on is what ASA is truly all about. This honor was so well-deserved! 🌟👏
..And the girls weren't the only ones who got to have some fun on the turf this week! We also hosted our Parent Home Run Derby and Slow Pitch Game! It was an absolute blast seeing the parents show the girls how it's done (or at least attempt to). Thank you to everyone who stepped up to the plate—though let's be honest, most of us are definitely still sore and reaching for the Tylenol and Icy Hot today! 🩹😂

We also want to give a big shout-out to all the teams who battled it out in our single-elimination playoff tournament during the last two weeks. Congratulations to this season's Champions and Finalists for putting on a great show! 🏆

If you wanted drama, 12U Rec delivered! The road wasn’t easy for both teams. These two first met in Round 3, where PBSA Havoc took the win. After a series of nail-biters, ASA NTX Velocity found a spark in the middle of the semi-finals against PBSA Lightning, charging to the championship and beating PBSA Havoc to force an “IF” game!

With the title on the line, PBSA Havoc rallied strong, taking the final game 9-3 to secure the gold.

Congratulations to the teams who made the championship in our Swing into Spring 8U West bracket.

These two teams became acquainted in the semifinals with the PBSA Dirt Angels knocking the ASA Southern Belles into the elimination bracket by one point. The ASA Southern Belles showed grit and made it back for a rematch in the championship game. The PBSA Dirt Angels remained undefeated in bracket.
