Thank you to everyone who celebrated Mother's Day on Saturday with Together We Bake! We would like to thank our volunteers and partners for coming together to celebrate Mothers! We received donations from Erika Keough and Trader Joe's, Taj Franklin, Michele Wilson and the Cabi Team, Bakery for the desserts, Rev Brian and Pastor Phil and Old Town Community Church for the space and support of TWB, Jane Collins for the jewelry, Liz from Suited for Change for more jewelry, Azundai Chatman (a TWB alum) Rosy Rocks for vending. A special shoutout to all the amazing women who came and donated clothing!

This morning, TWB kicked off by hosting an event featuring Kia, a TWB alumna, who shared her experience with TWB. Kia graduated from the program during the pandemic and credits it with helping her harness her superpower.
