We are pleased to share an exciting postgraduate opportunity for talented young Africans passionate about sustainability, climate action, and inclusive development.
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Edinburgh is now preparing to recruit scholars for September 2027, offering a range of fully funded onโcampus and online Masterโs programmes in fields such as Climate Change, Environmental Sustainability, Food Security, Global Health, Digital Education, and more.
Please note that the recruitment process has changed: all interested applicants must attend one of the mandatory virtual information sessions taking place between 15โ24 September 2026 in order to receive the application link (provided they also meet the eligibility criteria).
These sessions will not be recorded, so early registration is essential.
Applications are strongly encouraged from young women, persons with disabilities, and those with refugee or displaced status.
For full details, eligible programmes, and to register for an information session, visit the official programme website: https://edinburghglobal.ed.ac.uk/mastercardfoundation
