Hands Across Romania (HAR) was founded in 2005 following an experience of European Voluntary Service, financed by European Commission, that one of the founders had. The Association is a non-governmental organization and therefore, is not for profit, but it definitely is for implementing projects that would contribute to solve a problem that Romania encounters. It’s either a social issue, or a heal

th, or cultural, HAR is there to offer the support and to add value to the sustainable development of the community we activate in. We take very serious our role on the chess table of social responsibility.
