As we commemorate the 125th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Rizal, we not only pay tribute to our rich history and cultural legacy but also to the enduring spirit of service and leadership that continues to shape our future where values deeply embodied by the Scouting movement.

Just as Rizal himself was a symbol of patriotism, enlightenment, and service to the nation, Scouting has long stood as a guiding light for the youth of Rizal instilling in them the ideals of honor, discipline, community engagement, and a deep love for country. This anniversary is a reminder of how far we’ve come, and how the torch of leadership is now carried by young Scouts who serve selflessly in their schools, barangays, and communities.

From tree-planting drives to disaster response, civic parades to community outreach Scouts in Rizal are living testaments to the province's founding vision: a place where citizens are not only proud of their heritage but also proactive in nation-building.

Let this celebration be more than a reflection of our past. Let it be a call to action for Scouts and citizens alike to continue serving with integrity, to lead with compassion, and to build a future where Rizal’s ideals are not just remembered, but lived every day.

Leading with vision and a heart for service! The Institute of Diverse Outdoor Leaders (LODI Scouts) proudly celebrates the appointment of a true pillar in our scouting community.

We extend our warmest congratulations to SL. Charlie P. Maghanoy, ALT on his appointment as the Acting Council Chairman of the Rizal Council. This milestone reflects a lifetime of dedication to the ideals of the scouting movement.

A leader of immense experience and character, SL. Maghanoy exemplifies the "Duty to Others" that we strive to instill in every member of Troop 19, Outfit 20, and Circle 21. His elevation to this vital role within the Rizal Council is a testament to his unwavering commitment to service, innovation, and "Scouting for All."

Sa iyong espesyal na araw, nais naming ipahayag ang aming pinakamalalim na pagbati at pagmamahal. Bilang isa sa mga haligi ng LODI Scouts, ang iyong dedikasyon at husay ay patuloy na nagbibigay-inspirasyon sa lahat ng ating kapwa miyembro.

Nawa'y manatiling nagliliwanag ang iyong mga talento at abilidad habang patuloy kang sumusulong sa iyong mga pangarap at tagumpay. Sa tuwing ikaw ay nagtatanghal, ang aming mga puso ay napupuno ng kasiyahan at pagmamalaki.

We are honored to present our newly Licensed Professional Teachers, who successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers held on March 15, 2026:
