Bukang bibig ng kababaihan ang “UTI” o Urinary Tract Infection kapag may naramdaman lang sila na kakaiba sa pag-ihi o may sumakit sa balakang o puson nila. Paano mo nga ba malalaman kung ikaw ay may UTI at ano ang epekto nito sa isang nagbubuntis? Normal ba na may kasamang kakaibang “discharge” kapag may UTI ang isang babae? Iba ba ang gamutan kapag nagdadalang tao sa isang hindi buntis na babae? Alamin ang mga ilang importante na impormasyon tungkol sa UTI habang nagbubuntis sa lay forum na pinamagatang… UTI-tiisin mo ba?” sa June 15, 9am sa ating OPD. 🔬🦠

Persistence pays off! 🙌 Meet Jess, who just crossed a major goal off her list last June 5, 2026.

Jess has been wanting to donate blood for a while now. She was hoping to join the February donation drive, but as life sometimes happens, things didn’t go quite as planned. But she didn't let that stop her. Last June donation drive, she finally got her chance to roll up her sleeve!

In her own words: “Finally, today, I was able to donate. I really hope that the blood that I donate will be able to help someone who needed it.”

For their very first time, Jell stepped up, rolled up a sleeve, and donated blood.

No big dramatic story, no need for a cape—for Jell, donating blood isn't complicated. It’s simply just about helping other people. It takes less than an hour, costs nothing, and makes a massive difference to someone in a hospital bed right now.

Huge shoutout to Jell for showing us that doing good doesn't have to be complex. If you've been thinking about donating but didn't know where to start, take a page out of Jell’s book: just show up, sit back, and help out.
