WHO WE ARE:
Care Caravan is a social outreach organization with a mission to see Christ proclaimed and GOD'S LOVE @ WORK beyond the confines of churches but in areas where GOD'S TOUCH IS NEEDED the most. It is an extensive and coordinated social service ministry of the Chinese Congress on World Evangelism Fellowship (CCOWEF) Philippines, aiming to extend help and assistance to the less privileged

sector of society, especially in times of calamity and disaster. It serves as a catalyst for Filipino-Chinese Christians to be actively involved in social works in the national community. WHAT WE HOPE FOR:
With one aspiration, we seek to mobilize and unify Christians to proclaim Christ by means of reaching out and empowering the less privileged sector of society, for the glory of God. To be a coordinating center for social works among Filipino-Chinese churches

On March 20, 2026, Care Caravan went beyond flood response and followed God’s leading to bless pregnant mothers and moms with babies in Mangyan tribal churches in Oriental Mindoro.

We distributed 69 pairs of baby shoes at Bayanan Evangelical Church, Iglesiyang Ebanghelika ng Sampaguita, and Mangyan Bible School.

These tiny shoes carry a big prayer: that as these children grow, they will one day wear their “invisible Gospel shoes” and walk closely with the Lord.

Thank You, Lord, for the gift of motherhood and for the next generation You are raising. 👣💛

LOOK: Blessings Abound

On October 15, 2025, the student body of the Philippine Institute of Quezon City participated in a clothing drive. This initiative aimed to support the Ccowef Care Caravan in replenishing its diminished inventory of pre-loved clothing and toys, which had been depleted due to ongoing outreach efforts for typhoon survivors across various regions of the country.

We express our gratitude for the opportunity to witness these young students, who are being developed as future leaders, make a tangible impact within their community today.

Praise God for the provision!

Last November 2-7, we were able to conduct relief distribution in Masbate. We were able to bless 725 families in 7 different communities.

Care Caravan, with the support of pastors, leaders, youth volunteers, and church members from Bulacao Grace Community Church, successfully distributed family relief packs to 150 families impacted by the recent Typhoon Tino in Cebu City.

Our organization remains dedicated to delivering essential aid to communities significantly affected by the flash floods.

Our "Together For Cebu" Relief Operation mode has been activated.

We are pleased to share photographs from the Sunday outreach initiative led by our Team Cebu, under the direction of Cathy Holaysan, which provided assistance to families impacted by Typhoon Tino in Consolacion which targetted 169 families.
