IIEE Foundation Inc. Testing Laboratory Blessing and Inauguration (02 July 2026).
The blessing and inauguration of the transferred performance testing facility of IIEE Foundation was held last July 2. Gracing the event are members of the Board and officers of IIEE Foundation led by Engr. Rodolfo Peñalosa and Engr. Arthur Lopez, IIEE led by Engr. Robert Mabulay, PESA Foundation led by Mr. Peter Mangasing, and PESA led by Mr. Johan Chua.
This testing facility offers performance testing of lighting products and verification testing of selected electrical products. It is located at Chua Kee Lin Unity Hall, 3/F PESA Bldg., 3001 Ramon Magsaysay Blvd. cor. M. Dela Fuente St., Sampaloc, Manila.
This facility replaced the testing laboratory of IIEE Foundation at UP-NEC.
