The Frosh Day 2026 event took off last August 1, 2026, embracing the theme, "Dive into New Beginnings, Rise Beyond the Ordinary: A Sponge-tacular Adventure Awaits!"

Portraying Mr. Krabs, the cadets showcased creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm as they welcomed a new chapter in the NSA Cadet Program. Their efforts made the event even more special, as the crew managed to pinch some hard-earned loot from the competition: 1st Place in the Mini Vlog Competition starring Cdt 1/Y Jet Lim, and 3rd Place proudly claimed by Cdtte 1/Y Margie Oribello and Cdt 1/Y Rian Idia!

As one journey begins, may this first dive lead to greater horizons and extraordinary achievements ahead.

After an extended hiatus, the NSA-DCSP cadettes had come together once again with reenergized and reinspired spirits as they returned on the mat for the Relaunch of Aikido Training Program last July 28, 2026.

The event featured an impressive demonstration of Sensei and Senpais, including the newly promoted cadettes, whose powerful yet harmonious movements represented the true meaning of this program: empowering cadettes through discipline, confidence, and self-defense.

As they โ€˜๐“‡๐‘’๐’พโ€™ once more, the cadettes stand ready and determined to embrace every challenge and push their limits for a transformative journey ahead.

๐ˆ๐ ๐๐‡๐Ž๐“๐Ž๐’ | A Commitment That Marks the Beginning.

The NSA 33rd Batch officially took its first step through the 1st Parents' Meeting and MOA Signing, gathering cadets, parents, faculty, and partner companies for a meaningful start to their journey.

The program opened with a prayer and the singing of the Philippine and Norwegian National Anthems, followed by the Acknowledgement of Guests and Opening Remarks delivered by Capt. Rogelio A. Paramio, Vice President for Maritime Education Division. This was followed by an inspiring Message from Capt. Sven Foyn Bruun, CEO of NTC Manila, encourages the cadets as they begin their maritime careers.

After an intermission number, Mr. Larry Gonzales, Cadet Manager of NSA, led the MOA Orientation and Briefing, explaining the program's expectations, commitments, and responsibilities. A Question and Answer session gave parents and cadets the opportunity to seek clarification before proceeding to the MOA Signing, symbolizing their shared commitment to the program.

The ceremony continued with the Pinning of NSA Pins, officially welcoming the 33rd Batch into the NSA Cadet Program, and concluded with the Closing Remarks of Mr. Juffrey I. Valdez, VP for Quality Assurance of DMMACSP.

May this milestone be the foundation of a journey defined by discipline, dedication, and excellence. Fair winds and following seas, NSA 33rd Batch!

A new chapter has officially begun as the 33rd Batch of NSA Cadets arrived at the DMMA College of Southern Philippines, carrying with them dreams, determination, and the courage to embrace the journey ahead.

Their first days marked more than just a change of locationโ€”they marked the beginning of a life dedicated to discipline, excellence, and the calling of the sea.

The following day, the cadets attended their orientation led by Ms. Rowena Marie, where they were introduced to the expectations, values, and opportunities that will shape their growth throughout the program. It was a meaningful first step toward becoming future maritime professionals ready to face every challenge with confidence and integrity.
