In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

To our beloved President,

As MU’MIN Organization, we write this farewell not with ease, but with a heaviness that words can barely carry. For today, we are not only closing a term—we are witnessing the end of a leadership that shaped us, carried us, and silently built us into who we are now.

You were not just a president to MU’MIN. You were its pillar when things were unstable, its voice when silence was louder than action, and its strength when many of us were uncertain how to move forward. You carried responsibilities that were never light, and yet you carried them with patience, dignity, and a heart that always chose what was best for the organization even when it cost you your own comfort.

There were moments when no one saw the weight you were carrying. Moments when decisions had to be made alone. Moments when pressure from every direction could have broken anyone else—but you stayed. You remained firm, composed, and committed, not because it was easy, but because you understood that leadership is an amanah from Allah, not a title to be enjoyed.

MU’MIN under your leadership was not the same MU’MIN we once knew. You gave it structure when it was scattered, direction when it was uncertain, and identity when it was still trying to define itself. You gave your time, your energy, your patience, and even parts of yourself that no one will ever fully see. And still, you never demanded recognition.

But today, as an organization, we refuse to let your efforts go unrecognized.

We recognize you as a leader who did not lead for praise, but for purpose.
We recognize you as someone who held MU’MIN together during its most critical moments.
We recognize you as someone who turned challenges into lessons, and pressure into progress.
We recognize you as someone whose leadership will not just be remembered—but will be used as a standard for those who come after you.

Your legacy is not in words written on paper, but in the transformation you left behind in this organization. In the systems you helped shape, in the members you guided, in the unity you fought to preserve, and in the silent sacrifices that only Allah truly witnessed.

We ask Allah ﷻ to reward you in ways beyond what we can give. To place barakah in everything you touched for MU’MIN. To forgive any shortcomings, elevate your ranks, and make every effort you made a witness for you on the Day when nothing else will matter except what was done for His sake.

And as you step away from this responsibility, know that MU’MIN does not say goodbye to your impact—it only continues to live through it.

You will always be remembered, not just as our president, but as the one who carried MU’MIN when it needed someone the most.

And forever… our pride, our respect, and our chaotic but beloved recognition to you remains—

SULTAN NA MAPÚA.

Shukran jazeelan for your service. Bittaufiq, wa sadad, wa ila liqaa’illah.

Al-Hozni Usman

Alhamdulillah, representatives from MU’MIN were honored to take part in Crescent Light: A Grand Iftar Gathering held on March 18, 2026 at Rodriguez Hall, Ateneo de Davao University.

Organized by SALAM - The Ateneo Muslim Society in collaboration with the Al Qalam Institute and partner Muslim student organizations, the gathering brought together student leaders from different campuses in the spirit of Ukhuwah and unity.

From meaningful conversations to praying Maghrib in congregation and sharing Iftar as one Ummah, the event was a beautiful reminder of the strength of faith and community that Ramadan nurtures within us.

MU’MIN is grateful for the opportunity to connect, reflect, and break our fast alongside fellow student leaders in a space grounded in peace, solidarity, and shared purpose.

"The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months." (Surah Al-Qadr 97:3) 🌙✨

We are in the final stretch, and I know it’s heavy. But remember, the goal of these nights isn't perfection—it’s presence. Whether you’ve spent hours in deep prayer or simply maintained your connection amidst the noise of a busy day, your sincerity carries more weight than you know.

Ramadan is a training ground, not a burden. Keep going, stay steady, and trust that your small, consistent steps are building something lasting. You’re doing better than you know. 🤲🤍
